Program outline:
As the retirement market has evolved, plan Sponsors and plan participants now must evaluate similar retirement plan risks.  Mitigating longevity, interest rate and market risk formerly was the responsibility of the pension plan sponsor.  Now, it is increasingly the responsibility of the retirement plan participant.  Join us for a panel discussion that will explore the impact of mortality changes, interest rate sensitivities and market concerns for both defined benefit and defined contribution plans.  The panel will also examine the advice that is shared with different plans and if this advice is consistent.
